Matthew has been an inspector for over 5 years. He has an insatiable thirst for knowledge and is consistently acquiring new InterNACHI certifications. When he is not on the road or on a roof, he enjoys hunting, gaming, and spending time with his wife (Nichole) and their 3 children. He is currently based out of Las Cruces but covers all of our other service areas as well.

Andrew inspected a home for the first time in September 2017 and immediately knew he had found his purpose. He has inspected thousands of homes everywhere from Lordsburg to Anthony, NM. He loves meeting clients and sharing his knowledge of homes with people from all walks of life. In his spare time you will likely see him out on the streets of Las Cruces riding his motorcycle.

Prior to becoming a Home Inspector, William spent 15 years working as a Journeyman Plumber. In addition to obtaining a well-rounded education on home inspections, he has also helped our service menu expand to include sewer scopes. His wife and their children have made Las Cruces their home and enjoy every minute of it. 

Jorge is the newest addition to the Organ Mountain Inspections team. His inspector journey began in 2022. Although he put it on the back burner to continue his work in automotive retail for some time, he came back with a fiery passion in 2025. When he is not on a roof or testing outlets, he is at home with family or enjoying his favorite hobby: video games. 

Nichole is the helm of our accounting ship and always ensures our books stay balanced. Her background in Social Work and financial management have made her a key member of our team. She is a proud mother, sister, and friend to us all. 

Cassandra is the first point of contact for Organ Mountain Inspections. She creates and manages the inspectors' schedules as well as assisting with our administrative and financial team. She is happy to help and answer any questions you may have about all things inspections.
